PSG is set for a major overhaul this summer transfer window, with numerous players expected to depart. However, some players are assured of staying with the club.
In the ongoing transition at PSG, the club is expected to sell, not renew contracts, and loan out several players. However, a select few are at the core of the new project and are guaranteed to be present at the start of the Ligue 1 season in August.
According to PSG Inside Actus on X, seven players will be the new pillars of this revamped PSG: Gigi Donnarumma, Nuno Mendes, Vitinha, Lucas Hernandez, Ousmane Dembele, Bradley Barcola, and Warren Zaire Emery. Zaire Emery is even expected to sign a lucrative contract with PSG in the coming days.
However, the situations for Danilo and Achraf Hakimi are more complex. The issue with the Portuguese player is currently on hold. As for Hakimi, whose contract expires in June 2026, he has not yet reached an agreement and could potentially leave PSG this summer… perhaps to join Kylian Mbappé at Real Madrid?
