PSG seems to have lost the battle for Lille’s defender Leny Yoro: other options are being considered, such as Dean Huijsen.

Leny Yoro is drifting further away from PSG each day. The player is willing to wait a season to join Real Madrid. Therefore, it seems the battle is lost for Paris, which is now shifting to other targets.

According to L’Équipe, the capital club is considering signing the young central defender from Juventus, Dean Huijsen (19 years old, 13 appearances and 2 goals in Serie A with AS Roma this season).

The solid defender was on a six-month loan at AS Roma. He is a Spanish youth international but also holds a Dutch passport. The PSG management has been impressed by his technique – he is comfortable with both feet – and particularly his commanding presence (he stands 1.97 meters tall).

However, this option will be costly: Huijsen is under contract with Juventus until 2028, but the Italian club could let him go for 20 million euros.
