PSG has a few left-backs in stock, and as a result, some of them will be leaving the club.
Despite the injury to Nuno Mendes, PSG is looking to sell two left-backs, namely Juan Bernat and Layvin Kurzawa. Kurzawa is currently in Japan with the PSG squad, providing cover, while Bernat will be sold.
According to L’Equipe, PSG considers Nuno Mendes, Lucas Hernandez, and Serif Nhaga as the primary left-back options. The club plans to sell the other two left-backs to the highest bidder.
It will take some time for Nuno Mendes to return to action as he suffered a « rupture of the conjoint tendon of the right hamstring » and hasn’t played since April 30th against Lorient. The PSG has announced that he will be out for several more weeks.
