PSG is indeed interested in Gonçalo Ramos, the player from Benfica Lisbon.

According to information reported by A Bola, the Lisbon club is preparing to lose their forward Gonçalo Ramos this summer. One club is even willing to pay €60 million. The name has not been revealed, but PSG and Manchester United are in the race for Gonçalo Ramos.

Gonçalo Ramos is under contract with the Portuguese champions until June 2025, but he has a release clause set at €120 million. This amount is too high for PSG, so they might attempt to negotiate a 50% discount. If the player stays after the summer transfer window, his contract will be extended, and his salary will be increased.
