In the quest for reinforcement in central defense, Paris Saint-Germain is exploring various options. According to information from L’Equipe, two new names have emerged on the list of potential recruits: Nayef Aguerd, currently playing for West Ham, and Maxence Lacroix, a player at Wolfsburg.

PSG is considering multiple options, scrutinizing numerous defenders in the ongoing winter transfer window to strengthen their defense. Among them are Nayef Aguerd, a 27-year-old defender for West Ham, currently 6th in the Premier League, and Maxence Lacroix, a 23-year-old defender for Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga.

However, luring these two players appears challenging this winter, given their established positions in their respective clubs. Additionally, PSG faces a budgetary limit of 20 million euros to strengthen its defensive sector, making negotiations complex. The Parisian club is thus carefully exploring different options to bolster its central defense.
