Paris Saint-Germain aims to recruit Marcus Rashford to succeed Kylian Mbappé, according to the English press.

Is Marcus Rashford the chosen one for PSG? According to the Mail Online, the Parisian club is set to offer an amount close to £75 million to Manchester United to secure the services of Marcus Rashford. In euros, this translates to around €90 million. Marcus Rashford would thus be the successor to Kylian Mbappé, who is reportedly on his way to Real Madrid. However, last summer, the English forward extended his contract until 2028. Hence, Man United will likely demand a higher fee.

Manchester United indeed expects a higher bid, estimated at £100 million, to part ways with their « superstar attacker, » as reported by the Mail Online. That’s a little over €115 million.

However, Sky Sports presents a different version, stating that the reigning French champions do not plan to adopt an aggressive strategy to recruit the English international.

Although the Manchester player has been closely monitored by PSG officials, his recent contract extension has significantly dampened PSG’s interest. For the upcoming summer transfer window, Paris Saint-Germain seems to be focusing its attention on other priorities.
