Leipzig doesn't want to give Xavi Simons back to PSG

RB Leipzig’s sporting director, Max Eberl, has expressed his desire to keep 20-year-old forward Xavi Simons at the German club after the summer of 2024.

Simons, who joined RB Leipzig from Paris Saint-Germain, is considered one of the promising young talents in European football.

Eberl has shown his attachment to the player by stating that the club will do everything in its power to keep him. He also mentioned the emotional connection between Simons and the club, suggesting that the player might be inclined to stay in Germany.

‘Xavi has had a very good start and is having a great season. I think we are emotionally binding him to RB Leipzig. We are trying to make sure he stays with us in the summer of 2024,’ he said.
