Kvicha Kvaratskhelia is reportedly getting closer to PSG: the Italian press suggests that the pursuit for the Napoli player has begun. However, L’Equipe disagrees.
He could indeed be Mbappé’s replacement… if Napoli agrees to part ways with him. Kvicha Kvaratskhelia is PSG’s priority for next season. According to La Gazzetta Dello Sport, Paris has made an offer to recruit the Napoli player.
This offer is said to be worth 100 million euros, as per GDS. However, nothing is finalized yet, as the president of Napoli, known for his high demands, is reportedly asking for 150 million euros. Additionally, the Italian club would prefer to extend Kvaratskhelia’s contract instead of selling him. If Kvaratskhelia transfers to PSG, he would reportedly earn an annual net salary of 8 million euros.
La Gazzetta dello Sport suggests that PSG might still succeed in sealing the deal, as Napoli is struggling to reach an agreement for Kvaratskhelia’s contract extension. A loan deal involving Randal Kolo Muani was considered in exchange, but it seems the latter will ultimately remain in Paris.
However, L’Équipe refutes GDS’s information. PSG has allegedly not made an offer for Kvaratskhelia and values him at 60 million euros, well below the reported 100 million.
