Gabriel Moscardo to PSG in January?
Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is turning its attention to the Brazilian market for the upcoming winter transfer window, with the intention of signing young midfielder Gabriel Moscardo.
Gabriel Moscardo is currently under contract with Corinthians. According to information from Foot Mercato, PSG plans to initiate negotiations with Corinthians in the coming weeks to finalize the transfer of the talented 18-year-old midfielder.
However, PSG will face competition for this young Brazilian talent, as FC Barcelona, Liverpool, Arsenal, and Chelsea are also interested. Luis Campos, PSG’s head of recruitment, will travel to Brazil in the coming days to discuss with Moscardo’s representatives and Corinthians’ leadership.
Chelsea has reportedly already made a €20 million offer, but PSG is prepared to enter the race with an offer estimated at €25 million. If an agreement is reached, the young Brazilian could join PSG as early as January, bolstering the club’s squad for the second half of the season.
