Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) is looking to sign the young Brazilian midfielder Gabriel Moscardo, 18, currently playing for Corinthians.
PSG’s sporting advisor, Luis Campos, traveled to Brazil to watch the player in action and was impressed by his potential. However, PSG has not yet made a concrete offer.
According to Le Parisien, PSG has successfully convinced the player, despite interest from other clubs, including Chelsea. However, it is noted that Moscardo will need to show patience.
In the event of an agreement between PSG and Corinthians, the French club is considering leaving Moscardo on loan at Corinthians before integrating him into the team next summer.
Corinthians is reportedly asking for €25 million according to Globo. A deal is expected to be finalized soon, but Moscardo will not arrive at PSG immediately.
