Donnarumma Under Pressure at PSG: His Agent Discusses Competition from Safonov
Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma is determined to stay at the club despite the recruitment of Russian competitor Matvey Safonov.
PSG is set to bolster its goalkeeper position next season. Paris Saint-Germain is on the verge of reaching a major agreement with Krasnodar for the acquisition of Matvey Safonov.
All conditions have been finalized with the Russian club as well as with the player. Safonov is expected to sign a contract that will tie him to PSG until 2029, strengthening the goalkeeper position of the Parisian club, with increased competition for Donnarumma.
