Désiré Doué, the 19-year-old attacking midfielder/winger under contract with Stade Rennais until 2026 and a French youth international, is edging closer to joining Paris Saint-Germain.
Despite competition from Bayern Munich, PSG appears to have a clear path to signing Désiré Doué. Ben Jacobs, via 90min, reports that Bayern Munich’s 55 million euro offer was rejected by Rennes. PSG’s offer is slightly higher, but not significantly so.
According to Jacobs, PSG seems to be in a favorable position, with all indicators pointing in the club’s favor. Al-Khelaïfi is personally handling the situation, betting on Doué’s insistence on leaving Rennes.
NAK Called Doué
PSG won’t need to exceed Bayern’s offer, and everything seems to be falling into place for Paris.
