Barcelona will finally not go to war against PSG: the Catalan club will negotiate a transfer, at Ousmane Dembélé’s request.

According to journalist Helena Condis from COPE, FC Barcelona has relented and agreed to negotiate with Paris Saint-Germain for the transfer of Ousmane Dembélé. The Catalan club has given PSG a five-day period to reach an agreement regarding the player’s transfer.

This information suggests that Barcelona is willing to discuss the terms of Dembélé’s transfer with PSG, potentially paving the way for the player’s departure. The €50 million release clause, which was set to double after July 31, would make the transfer more accessible for PSG, but the two clubs will still need to agree on the contract details.

We will have to wait for further developments in the negotiations over the next few days to see if an agreement can be reached between the two clubs for Ousmane Dembélé’s transfer to Paris Saint-Germain. But things are looking quite positive now.
