Marquinhos had to leave the field during Nantes-PSG. The PSG captain is doing better now. Nuno Mendes is also almost back.
There’s not too much concern for Marquinhos. Despite a slight scare during Nantes-PSG on Saturday night, the PSG captain doesn’t seem to be too affected.
According to Le Parisien, « he was dragging his leg less on Sunday, and his condition didn’t raise any particular concerns from PSG’s side. » PSG will now have two days of rest.
And that’s rather good news because PSG is already without Presnel Kimpembe and Milan Skriniar for a long period. On the bright side, the match against Rennes next Sunday could see the return… of Nuno Mendes. The Portuguese, absent for almost a year, could be included in the squad next weekend. Will he start? That remains to be seen. PSG won’t take any risks.
