Pablo Longoria, the president of Olympique de Marseille, will not be in the stands at the Vélodrome for the upcoming Clasico against Paris Saint-Germain.
The French Professional Football League (LFP) announced several disciplinary sanctions during its meeting on Wednesday night, and Longoria has been handed a one-match suspension due to his behavior during the match against Angers.
In addition to Longoria’s suspension, the LFP also imposed penalties on other players: Stefan Dzodic from Montpellier received a three-match suspension following his red card against OM, while Jordan Teze from Monaco will miss one match, with an additional suspended match for his conduct against Lille.
The most severe punishment was given to Arsène Kouassi from Ajaccio, who was suspended for seven matches for contesting his red card during the game against Martigues.
