Paris Saint-Germain secured a hard-fought 2-1 victory against Nantes on Saturday at Parc des Princes in the 15th round of the 2023-2024 Ligue 1 season.

After the match, PSG coach Luis Enrique (53 years old) spoke to Canal+. He discussed the difficulty of this victory and how the team will approach the next match against Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday, in the 6th round of the Champions League group stage.

« I believe that everyone already had the match on Wednesday in their heads. We know it was difficult to play this match at home because we have a match as beautiful as the one against Dortmund in 4 days. It’s normal that tonight’s match was difficult. »

And regarding Dortmund? « The group will be the group that will be fielded. What’s good is that we have our destiny in our hands. It will be like a final for us, it depends on us, and we will do everything to win this match. It’s good pressure. It’s the pressure we want to have from childhood to the professional level. I don’t think it will be something negative, but the most important thing will be to win with this pressure. »
