Marco Verratti recently bid farewell to PSG to join Al-Arabi in Qatar, closing a chapter on his Parisian journey. However, his heart remains tied to the French capital, evident by his quick return to Paris after just two matches in Qatar.

The Italian midfielder took to his social media accounts to share the news of his return to Paris, capturing the moment from inside the plane that brought him back. This brief getaway became possible due to a break in Al-Arabi’s schedule, allowing Verratti to reunite with his family and friends in Paris.

Following their recent victory against Qatar SC, Verratti’s teammates, Diallo and Rafinha, won’t play an official match until October 8th when they face Al-Wakrah. This grants Verratti nearly ten days to enjoy some quality time with loved ones in Paris. In the previous week, Verratti had also been spotted watching the PSG vs. OM match on television.

While his journey continues in Qatar, Verratti’s connection to Paris and PSG remains strong, exemplified by his swift return to the City of Light.
