Dani Alves made a promise to the court: not to flee if released.

Spanish judiciary has agreed, on conditions.

Dani Alves had his appeal reviewed by the Spanish judiciary, regarding his conviction for sexual assault. He promised not to flee.

Daniel Alves, sentenced to four and a half years in prison for sexual assault, has been serving his sentence behind bars for over a year. However, he was released this Wednesday, as his lawyers argued for his acquittal, claiming that the sexual relations were consensual.
