Enrique and Campos at Odds over PSG’s Transfer Strategy

Luis Enrique and Luis Campos are working on PSG’s next transfer window, but according to PSG Inside Actus, the two Luises are not in agreement on the direction to take.

Both Luis Enrique and Luis Campos will be at PSG next season. The PSG coach and the sporting advisor are involved in the summer recruitment. However, PSG Inside Actus reports that the transfer window is shaping up to be complicated. This source asserts that the two men disagree on the names of players to recruit.

For instance, the case of Xavi Simons is causing friction between the two men. Luis Enrique wants him, but Luis Campos does not. Consequently, the player could be sold by PSG. « Campos is not a fan of the young Dutchman and he prefers to install a player who is on Jorge Mendes’ list, » the renowned agent.

Joshua Kimmich, Bruno Guimaraes, and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia are also not a priority for Campos, who prefers other names such as Rafael Leao, Victor Osimhen, and Youssouf Fofana.
