PSG has qualified for the semi-finals of the Champions League by defeating Barça. The opponent and the date are already known.

Paris Saint-Germain advances to the Champions League semi-final for the first time since 2021. The Parisian club will face Borussia Dortmund. The first leg will take place in Germany on Tuesday, April 30th, or Wednesday, May 1st, while the second leg will be held at Parc des Princes on Tuesday, May 7th, or Wednesday, May 8th.

PSG has already faced Dortmund this season in the Champions League. During the group stage, Paris won 2-0 at home before conceding a 1-1 draw away.

Historically, it’s a significant achievement, marking the fourth time PSG has reached the semi-finals. Despite perceptions, this marks the third time since 2020 that the club has reached at least this stage of the competition. It’s only the fourth time in the club’s history that it has reached the final four in the Champions League, following 1995 (defeat against AC Milan), 2020 (victory against Leipzig), and 2021 (defeat against Manchester City).
