Vinicius is set to extend his contract with Real Madrid, with a release clause of 1 billion euros. Real Madrid is securing Vinicius’ future. After raising the release clauses of several other players to one billion euros, it’s now the Brazilian’s turn. Currently under contract until June 2024, Vinicius is expected to sign a long-term extension with Real very soon.

Lionel Messi back at Barça? Inter Miami failed to qualify for the MLS playoffs. According to reports in the Catalan press, notably the daily Sport, a return of Lionel Messi to Europe is not out of the question. Like Zlatan Ibrahimovic or David Beckham in Milan, MLS opens the door to a possible loan of the Argentine forward to FC Barcelona in January, for six months.
